In the event that you receive an item as ordered but would like to return it for any reason, we enclose a RETURNS NOTE FORM within your delivery. PLEASE NOTE. If the returned item(s) form part of a larger basket of items and you request a refund, be aware that a reduction of the spend & save discount on the retained item(s) could result in a recalculation of the refundable amount due. Regretfully due to the increased costs involved in dealing with returns and refunds and the structure of the spend & save feature this has to be the case, however we would always recommend instead replacing the items to the same or higher value thereby retaining the maximum discount possible. In the case of replacement, LGO pays the carriage costs of the replacement items for you.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS You have 14 days to return unwanted items. The pre-addressed returns note contains your original invoice details
Other than faulty items it is imperative that items returned are unworn and contain the original ticketing and packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Utilisation of any other method of return is done at the customers own risk and LGO takes no responsibility until signed for at our premises. We arrange the appropriate refund for the returned items to the original payment card as soon as possible once they have been received and checked.
GUARANTEES LGO is concerned that you should be totally happy with your purchase and its suitability for use. Whilst we try to ensure the closest colour rendition please allow for some variance in colour from that shown on your computer screen.
All goods purchased are guaranteed to give fair wear and tear for a minimum period of 12 months, if you need to return an item under guarantee you must include a copy of the original purchase receipt and a brief description of the problem together with all of your details. Faulty items and in particular footwear must be returned in a clean and dry condition so as to enable safe receipt and handling. Upon receipt we will examine and if possible make a quick decision however we reserve the right to forward goods to the manufacturer for further examination if considered necessary. In any event we undertake to inform you of the likely course of action within 48 hours of receipt at our premises.
